Wisploft is free to use. There is no paid tier and no subscription waiting behind it.

You are responsible for what you put on your wishlist. Do not use it to publish anything unlawful, and do not use it to harass anyone.

Reviews must describe your genuine experience. Do not submit spam, links, unlawful material or another person's personal information. We moderate every review before publication and may reject or remove content that breaks these rules.

Purchases happen on the shops' own websites, under their terms and their consumer protections. We are not a party to them, we do not handle payments, and we cannot help with a delivery or a refund.

A reservation is a courtesy between guests, not a contract, and it lapses after seven days if nobody confirms it.

Digital invitations may be assisted by design tools including AI. Check names, dates, times, venue details, links and wording before you send or print an invitation; you remain responsible for using the final image.

Anyone holding your private link can edit your list. Treat it the way you would treat a password. If it gets out, or if you lose it, make a new one from your management page — the old link stops working everywhere the moment you do.

We may suspend a wishlist that is being used for spam or abuse.

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption.

The agreement is between you and Wisploft, Wilhelminastraat 12, 1432 GC Aalsmeer, registered with the Kamer van Koophandel under 84530383. Dutch law applies, except where mandatory consumer law in your country gives you stronger protection. Courts have jurisdiction as determined by applicable consumer and procedural law.

If something is wrong, write to hello@wisploft.com or use the contact form. We will investigate and reply as soon as reasonably possible.
